I'm Isaac Olorode. My background is in finance, and over the last few years my work has moved toward operational analysis and workflow design: understanding how work actually happens, redesigning it, and building systems that people keep using after I leave.

The longer I worked in finance, the clearer it became that the numbers were symptoms. The real problems lived in workflows: manual handoffs, hidden dependencies, undefined decisions, processes that only worked because someone remembered what to do. That is the work this site documents.
